During Group Circuits you will rotate through a series stations. Each station focuses on a different exercise, from kettlebell swings and sled pushes to wall balls and deadlifts. Your instructor will guide you through each move, ensuring proper form and maximising your workout. Your instructor will be able to offer a variety of options for each exercise making this class suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned lifters!
