Are you new to the gym looking for some support and advice during your session? Have you been working out a while and after some help in progressing your sessions? Would you like to learn how to use more of the equipment or free weights? Do you need some help with your technique and form? Would you like the added motivation of having a trainer and a friendly, supportive group to workout with? 

If so, our Group PT sessions are perfect for you. Workout out in a small group with one of our experienced personal trainers on hand to give you as much or as little help and guidance as you would like. Follow your own programme or our personal trainer can provide suggestions. This session is all about you getting the most from your workouts with us
